Who We Are
Pilot Early Childhood Programs help educators, administrators, parents, caregivers and children though the crucial first years of development and education. Our programs are based on the concept of Maslow before Bloom, the idea that the basic human need to feel safe and valued comes before any learning process can occur. This research based philosophy encompasses early childhood psychology and development, engagement and the learning process and has been crafted over 30 years in the classroom and training teachers.
